The 2019 event was home to over 250 restaurant industry senior leadership and c-suite executives from marketing, operations and human resources, who gathered to share best practices, network and celebrate the Best Practices Award winners. Our 2019 winners included: City Barbeque, J. Gilbert’s, LongHorn Steakhouse, NORMS Restaurants, The Cheesecake Factory and The Wendy’s Company.

In addition, it was also the time TDn2K recognized industry excellence in human resource and operational performance with the Diamond Catalyst Award presented to BJ’s Restaurants, Heart of the Workplace Award presented to la Madeleine and the Workplace Legacy Award presented to Steve King of Dave & Busters.
