Leadership is at the core of who I am and aligns with my commitment to equip executives and professionals with thought leadership to increase their comfort with difficult issues. My military service and overseas deployment in the Middle East, gave me tangible examples of the critical need for clear and respectful conversations between leaders and followers on teams.

I provide leaders with well researched data, delivered with patience and respect.

After nearly 10 years in higher education as a Researcher, Professor and Administrator where I focused Diversity, Inclusion and Unconscious Bias, I expanded my work to include Multigenerational Leadership. Currently, I help companies prepare, recruit and retain talent across generations from Baby Boomers, to Millennials and now Generation Z.

As an Expert Keynote, I push leaders to see the bias that impact cross functional teams at all levels. I have the pleasure of traveling frequently to impact professions across the spectrum including the food industry, high technology, travel, leisure, medical and legal fields.

As an Executive Coach, I equip Leaders to realize breakthrough outcomes; helping them identify and overcoming what is getting in their way. My work helps executives achieve optimal working relationships and achieve organizational expectations.
